Before returning any item for refund or any defective item for exchange, please be sure you have thoroughly read our Return Policy before filling out and submitting this form. All RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.
Once the form is submitted to us, the RMA request will be responded to usually within 24 hours excluding weekends or holidays. If your return or exchange request is approved, your RMA number will be sent to you via e-mail. Items must be returned within 5 business days of RMA issue date. We reserve the right to reject any returns that does not comply with our Return Policy.
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and 100% resalable) condition. Otherwise, your refund request will be declined and will be returned to you at your cost.
For exchanges of items, a new order must be placed before receiving your non-defective returns. We will issue refund after receiving non-defective returns.
