Q1. What are my payment options?

MrSupply.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal.
Credit cards must have a United States billing address in order to be accepted by MrSupply.com.

Q2. What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is calculated based on weight, dimension and the location where your package will be shipped to.
Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Q3. Do I have to pay sales tax?

Currently MrSupply.com only charges sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses in New Jersey. If this applies to you, and you have a valid government issued Tax Exempt form or Resale Certificate, we can create or adjust an account to add your Tax Exempt form to your profile to ensure you are not charged Sales Tax. Accepted forms include (but are not limited to):
NJ: ST-3, ST-3NR, ST-4, SST Multi state, Uniform Blanket Certificate

If you have already placed your order please write your order number on the top of your Tax Exempt form and either; fax it to us at 201-833-2132 or email it to us at support@mrsupply.com.

If you would like to add your Tax Exempt form to your profile before ordering, please call us at 888-884-0911.

Q4. How do I create an account?

To create an account with MrSupply.com, click on register button below or the "Register" link located on the top right of the website.
Submit information requested on the registration page. Once the process is complete and the account is ready for ordering, you will receive a confirmation Email.

Q5. How can I modify my information?

Log into your account and click on the modify button below or click on the "Edit my Profile" link under the my account column located on the bottom of the website.
You can change the account information in the account details tab and the shipping/billing address in the address book tab.
Once you submit the update, an Email confirmation will be sent to you.

Q6. What if I forget my password?

Simply click on "Recovery Password" button below.
You can also call MrSupply.com at 888-884-0911, and we can help you log in to your account or change your password.

Q7. How safe is ordering online?

Purchasing online from MrSupply.com is extremely safe. Our web site uses 128-bit encryption to protect any information you enter online. 128-bit encryption is among the most powerful encryption standards available.
Using your card on a secure online Web site like MrSupply.com is very similar to shopping at your local store. Your information is encrypted and then transmitted over a high-speed network line. Tens of thousands of customers have made online purchases at MrSupply.com without any fraudulent use of their credit card.

Q8. Is my information kept private?

We do not and will never sell, rent, or share your name, mailing address, email address or any other data that can personally identify you in any way to any other company, nor will we contact you without your explicit permission.

Q9. How do I track my order?

Once an order is shipped, an Email with the tracking number and link to package will be sent to you.
Alternatively, you can log into your account and view your order status page to see tracking numbers on shipped order. The link is located under the "My Account" column on the bottom of the website.

Q10. When will my order arrive?

Most in stock orders will be processed within 1 business day from receipt of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please refer to our Shipping policy for estimated delivery date.
If any items ordered are on backorder you will be contacted within 24 hours by either e-mail or phone call. Orders that come in over weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Q11. How do I cancel my order?

Simply contact our customer support center at 888-884-0911 or send us an Email to support@mrsupply.com.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Polices for easy return.

Q12. How do I return products?

You can contact our customer support center at 888-884-0911 or send us an Email to support@mrsupply.com. Be sure to have the order number and item numbers you would like to return available.
Alternatively, you can fill out the RMA request form located in the Help Column on the bottom of the website.
