Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer UPS Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Express shipping option to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to all 50 states in the United States.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the shipping method, the weight and size of the package, and the destination of the shipment. Your total shipping costs will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.

Currently, we are not able to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Delivery Estimates

For In-Stock orders placed by 3pm EST, we usually ship same business day. For orders placed after this time, you order will ship the next business day. If an item on your order is Back Ordered, you will be notified via e-mail or phone in 2 hours. At this point, you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order.

Delivery time consists of processing time in our warehouse and estimated carrier's transit time. Processing time means the amount of time it takes for our staff to pick, pack, and ship your order. Transit times for shipments using UPS ground service range from 1-6 business days. Please consult the map for the transit time to your shipping address.

Tracking Your Order

Once the order has shipped, we will also email you the "Shipping Tracking Number", which you may use to log on the carrier's web site to track your shipment.

Most items will ship from our warehouse in NJ but we also direct ship some back-ordered item directly from the manufacturers. They will sometimes use FedEx instead of UPS.

Shipping Damage

If merchandise arrives damaged, it is always best to refuse delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for shipping damage claims.

International Orders

International orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by your choice of US Postal Service. Our international shipping rates reflect the base shipping charge not including Import Fees. International customers are will be responsible for any fees assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery to the destination country.

Any shipments lost or damaged in which the customer did not request and pay for tracking, confirmation, or insurance, are the sole responsibility of the customer, and MrSupply.com is not to be held responsible for any losses incurred. Please contact us for shipping options prior to making orders.

Free shipping

"FREE SHIPPING" applies to order shipped via UPS Ground in the Contiguous US ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International orders will not apply for FREE SHIPPING.

Saturday delivery service is available for shipments to most major metropolitan areas with additional $16.50 charge. Please contact customer service for more information.
